This is a hilarious, but true, look at two completely opposite managers and how stories involving these leaders can be used to describe and demonstrate (Very) Good and (Very) Bad Management Skills and Behaviours.The stories are real, bizarre even, obscenely humorous and scary – but completely true - and discusses how we can learn from them to truly become spectacular managers and leaders.
