This 2 or 3-day Management Essentials course (see available dates, below) is offered as an “Express Essentials” Training Option. Key content from Management Essentials is covered. The focus is on succinct and condensed content and delivery – yet comprehensive understanding - of fundamental material. The attendee will leave with a solid understanding of core concepts and application. The delivery focus is on presentation and discussion with less focus on role play.
