Charles Hendriks
Charles Hendriks is the President of The Performance Management Academy – an organization committed to the Art of Management and Essential Management Training as well as Sales Leadership, Business Growth and Marketing skill development. At The Performance Management Academy “The Art of Management is Alive!”
Chuck’s background is a unique blend that includes Academic and Executive experience. Chuck teaches at York University and was a past professor at George Brown College. Chuck was the President and General Manager of InfoCanada and the Canadian General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Rand McNally Canada. He spent 14 years at Procter & Gamble leading successful business teams and he directed marketing efforts at Bell Canada during its transitional years into a competitive market environment. Chuck has additional extensive and varied industry knowledge gained through working with other world-leading firms such as IBM, Dofasco and Andersen Business Consulting.
Chuck’s expertise resides in General Management, Sales, Marketing and Human Resource Development. His training, development and motivational speaking skills have been applauded and recognized throughout North America where he is known for delivering stimulating, current and thought provoking presentations. His academic background includes degree and executive education at McMaster University, Harvard Business School, The Wharton School of Business and the University of Virginia.
In one comprehensive study on management and leadership, Chuck was recognized for exceeding the “Canadian Leadership Standards”, and the “Global ‘Best-of-Class’ Standards” at a prominent international organization. He has sat on blue-ribbon industry association panels and has given presentations at leading organizations including the Conference Board of Canada.
